Is there parking near the house?

Yes. The public Laharpe car park is only 30 metres away (about €9 per day). Many guests also find free on-street parking in the neighbouring streets.

Is the pool open and heated?

The pool is heated from mid-May to the end of September, with sun loungers laid out all around. We can switch the heating on earlier or later depending on the weather.

How often is housekeeping done?

Every three days we change the towels, empty the bins and restock bathroom amenities. Let us know if you would like an additional refresh or a special request.

Can I arrive late in the evening?

We send you an access code before arrival so you can enter autonomously at any time, even after midnight. We live on site and remain reachable if you need anything.

Do you serve breakfast?

You are free to organise breakfast your way: the breakfast room has a fridge, microwave and self-service coffee machine. Monoprix and Naturalia supermarkets are 200 m away. We also serve a locally sourced breakfast (fresh bread, croissant, homemade yoghurt and granola) between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., or earlier on request.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Absolutely. If you arrive before check-in or would like to enjoy Bordeaux a little longer after checkout, we keep your luggage safely in our garden cabin.

Do you accept children?

Unfortunately not. For safety reasons linked to the pool and windows, we cannot accommodate children.

Are pets allowed?

We do not allow pets. Please note that a cat lives in the house and a rabbit in the garden; they are very discreet and can be kept away if you prefer.

Do any rooms have twin beds or can we add an extra bed?

No. Every suite features a 160×200 cm double bed designed for a maximum of two guests.

What is the difference between the garden-side and street-side suites?

Garden-side suites (Penate 4 and 5) open directly onto the garden and pool. Street-side suites have no particular view but stay quiet thanks to triple-glazed acoustic windows.

Do you have rooms adapted for reduced mobility?

Sadly, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Is there a kitchen or space to prepare a simple meal?

In the breakfast room you will find a fridge, microwave, crockery (glasses, plates, cutlery) and a dishwasher for light meals or snacks.

What in-room amenities do you provide (hair dryer, iron)?

Each suite includes air conditioning, a mirror smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, private bathroom with toiletries, plus an iron and hair dryer.

Can you issue an invoice for a business stay?

Of course. We can provide an invoice whenever you need it.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. Let us know if you need a little flexibility.

Which shops are nearby?

Within 200 m you’ll find Monoprix, Naturalia, Fromagerie des Loups, Casa Faiola (Italian deli) and the wine merchant POC La Cave – perfect for assembling a Bordeaux-style apéritif!
