Pénate 1 is a 28 m² ground-floor room decorated in red-clay tones that create a warm, enveloping atmosphere. Although it faces the street, airport-standard acoustic triple glazing ensures a peaceful night’s sleep. The room is very bright but has no outside view. Reached after a single 20 cm step, it offers particularly easy access for older guests, although the house does not meet full accessibility standards. Your room is available from 3 pm and your personal code lets you arrive independently later in the evening. You can enjoy the shared lounge, garden and pool, open from 10 am to 8 pm. For your comfort, housekeeping is provided every three days, including fresh towels, emptied bins and replenished toiletries.
